Please have a compilation of reference pictures beforehand as well as a description of your character.

If you do not have an existing design and you'd like me to design your character, we can discuss it together.

Starting price for a character design is 300€.

You can purchase full commercial rights for the design that I make you for 3x times the price of the design. *Commercial use is any reproduction or purpose that is marketed, promoted, or sold and incorporates a financial transaction.

Any violation of these terms shall lead to the commission being cancelled and depending on the violation the client can be blacklisted.

I have the right to cancel the commission at any time giving the client a full/partial refund.

There will be an additional charge if you don't have a drawn character design. The minimum price is 300 euros and in the case you want me to design your model, I can include up to 2 sketch variations of the character.

I retain the rights to use the artwork for my portfolio, meaning I won't use the drawing for personal gain and I won't sell it to anyone else, but I will use it as an example of my work.

It is strictly prohibited to use any artwork that you've commissioned from me for AI learning, meaning you cannot upload my artwork on AI art generating programs or sites or anything of that sorts.

Currency accepted is Euro and can be paid only through PayPal invoice.

Payment can be either 100% upfront or split 50% upfront and 50% after line-art and flat colors are done.

I will send you an invoice requesting the payment once I'm ready to start on your model.

In order to book, you need to pay 10% of the base price of the model. This payment will be deducted from the final price of your commission.

There is a 5% service fee applied to the final price.

In order to request a commission with me, you first need to fill out and submit the order form. After that, I will contact you through the platform that you requested.

Once we've discussed and come to an agreement, I will proceed to book you. I will be starting the commission on the booked date.

The time it takes to finish your commission varies from 2 to 10 weeks, depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the artwork and other work. If there are any delays, I will notify you.

I will keep you updated on every step of the process (sketch, line-art, coloring, final render) and ask you for feedback and confirmation.

The file will be in a PSD format with layers, ready to be rigged on Live2D.

I will upload the file to Google Drive and share the download link to the client.

In the case of partial payment, I will deliver the PSD file after full payment has been made.

There are max 2 revisions during the sketching phase.

Changes can be done after the artwork is completed, but fees might apply.

Changes that are requested by the Live2D Rigger are free of charge as long as they help with the process of rigging.

The rigger is allowed to make small changes to the PSD to help with the rigging process.

The booking fee is nonrefundable unless I'm the one to cancel your booking.

You will receive a full refund if I do not deliver or if I'm unable to start on your commission.

If you cancel your order before I started it, you can get a full refund.

If you choose to cancel at any point, I'm allowed to use and repurpose the work I've done for other projects while you aren't allowed to use it anymore for any purpose.

The buyer is not allowed a refund once I started working on the commission.

This commission comes with commercial use rights. You can use the character for streaming, merch and more. *Commercial use is any reproduction or purpose that is marketed, promoted, or sold and incorporates a financial transaction.

You obtain the IP (Intellectual property) of the artwork upon delivery.

I retain the copyright of the artwork.

You cannot sell the PSD file without my consent.

You cannot claim the artwork as your own work.

You cannot edit the model artwork without my permission or ask someone else to alter the model in any way.

You cannot use my art as a base for anything, meaning you're not allowed to trace over my artwork in any way.

I require to be credited on the clients social media platform. You can use my twitter handle or my website link as a crediting source.

Any violation of these terms shall lead to the commission being cancelled and depending on the violation the client can be blacklisted.

I have the right to reject any order for any reason.

Paying for the commission means that you've read and accepted these Terms of Service.

If you want my artwork for commercial use you would have to purchase a commercial license. The price depends on the commission but starts at 100€ (euros).

Live2D models come with a commercial license included in the price. (Live2D Terms)

If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.

If you cancel your order before I started it, you can get a full refund.

The buyer is not allowed a refund once I started working on the commission.

I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason;

I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork;

I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork unless you (the customer) break the TOS;

I will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the customer) break any of the terms;

I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio as well as in publications such as art books.

You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels;

You may print it for yourself or for others as long as you do NOT charge money for it;

You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my consent;

You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes and /or profit from it unless you purchase a COMMERCIAL LICENSE;

If you do get a commercial license, you retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP);

You may not remove my signature from the artwork that I provide to you.

Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially - means making money off it in any way not excluded from these terms unless stated otherwise;

Claiming the artwork as your own;

Altering the artwork without my consent.
